Uriel Yehezkel was born in 1984 and lived and grew up in Jerusalem. He started making music at the age of 15 playing Trance, House, Progressive House, DeepHouse and BreakBeat Music and had two tracks and several remixes released in Israel.

Uriel also developed his own unique style of Chill Out and Instrumental Electronica, containing a maturity that belies his age. After completing 3 years army service in 2006 he returned to music professionally and won a first place scholarship at the BPM School of Music. Uriel worked on his debut album for almost a year during 2007 combining his own talents for composition, keyboards, piano and guitars with guest musicians playing percussion, flutes, violins, Darbuka and vocal textures.

The resulting album is the highly original "Culture Shift". This rhythmic, global journey is full of deep emotion and memorable themes and transcends cultures and styles. Uriel loves soundtrack music and his influences include our own Code Indigo and Hans Zimmer, and these influences are clearly evident on "Culture Shift" without ever detracting from Uriel's own identity and style.
