This is a 2CD set for the price of a single CD.
Containing two live performances by John Sherwood done in 2006.
The first one was at the Swindon Fringe Festival on May 1, the second
was at Awakenings in Nottingham on December 9 and though both sets
contain some similar titles, they are different in execution.
Additionally some tracks from an Internet radio broadcast are included.
