This first offering from Kindred Lost contains a variety of EM, prog rock, ambient and soundtrack styles which have been influential over the 30+ years David Ryle has spent making music. Although this is a more recent set of recordings from the period of 2008-2010, the styles go back to the 1970's Berlin School and progressive rock era, as well as movie soundtracks from the golden days of cinema.
The title track and artwork are suggestive of an promise where the meek and small can find their own strength to rule over the powerful. Some of the tracks within the album carry this theme further.
